St. Catherine (Mt. Sinai), Egypt - November 2005 This was the beginning of a series of really early days as the Egypt part of the tour was super rushed. In the early morning, we followed the steps of Moses climbing up Mt. Sinai so we would catch the sunrise and boy was it cold up there. St. Catherine's Monastery at the base of the mountain was unfortunately closed.
